WHO WE ARE….

DoorPro-USA, Inc, is a locally owned company; based in Miami and presently operating in all  of the Gold-Coasts counties in SE Florida.  DoorPro is managed and operated by it’s owners- Dan & Robert Arce …A father & Son team,  that has lived and worked together in Miami and South Florida for over 37 years.  DoorPro specializes, almost exclusively… in working with owners and managers of commercial, governmental, healthcare, condominium, stores, restaurants and office buildings, etc.  As a firm, we decided, early on , to concentrate on building our client base by marketing our efforts and service expertise to commercial  building owners and property managers… instead of residential homes.  We took this direction due to the fact that our training and experience lends itself to better serve professionals.  We feel that “pros” not only  understands and appreciates the value of experienced workmanship but also the benefits  that are received… when quality materials are used in installations  and the company that  you chose for your project, is a  solid company, who has been around for years…that is available to back-up  their work.   

We work and have worked… for some of the largest firms in So. Florida and some of the smallest “Mom & Pop” operations.  Between our management  team and our field employees… we have thousands of hours of experience in the construction and building trade industry. Over the years, we have earned, a reputation among professionals,  as the people to call… for Swinging Door repairs and/or  replacements; our firm supplies and installs – not only “Fire Rated” doors but also specialty doors from Soundproof to Bulletproof. We design, build and install “cross corridor” smoke doors. DoorPro has a unique way to repair and replace “concrete embedded” frames -  utilizing our exclusive, dual frame- reinforcement system called Retro-Wrap… with-out the need to tear out the old frame.  

Our firm is also licensed Locksmiths, offering complete commercial services,  including designing Master- Key systems and handling Access control installations.  Over these many years…  we have been instrumental in overcoming many problems, in the commercial door field, that have been brought to our attention, to remedy…  in a timely and reasonably priced manner…sometimes by employing, innovative  solutions, that come from years of experience… that’s  one of the reasons we have lasted in business in Miami, for so many years.

 Additionally, we also own another  firm – NATIONAL FIREDOOR, Llc – A Fire Code Compliance Service company  that specializes in conducting the Annual - Fire Door Inspections for all buildings and “new”  fire-door installations that are required by the State Fire Code and CMS & TJC .  National FireDoor , exclusively employs only  inspectors with years of Fire  Safety Experience.   We have contact information on this site –or simply call 305-233-1477 for more information or dan@nationalfiredoor.com.  Annual Fire Door Inspections are required by Code for every commercial building - Proof of Inspection must be available for review by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction –( AHJ )  including CMS & TJC Auditors.
