Scope Of Work
Interior and selective structural demolition of two (2) floors for an expansion and renovation of the current UK Hospital NICU. Scope included the demolition of walls, ceilings, floor coverings and disconnected MEP while working around live MEP that fed operating rooms above. O'Rourke created two new elevator shafts up the tower on active hospital floors. O'Rourke followed the strict ICRA rules that were implemented during active demolition and load out.
