BRENTWOOD BUILDERS, INC. is a full service building company, providing both renovation and new construction. We are primarily involved in construction management and design/build. With either approach, our function is the same, working with our clients as a team member to provide organization and site supervision for the complete project. Our specific goal on each project is three fold: to complete the project on time, on budget, and according to specifications.

The company was established in 1979 and incorporated in April, 1990. Early in the 1980s, president and founder. M. Joseph Harkleroad, became increasingly convinced that a construction management format would be more beneficial to clients, and was more consistent with his vision of serving them. As a natural outgrowth of the type of projects in which we are involved, we have established and are actively developing three divisions within the company: commercial, residential and remodeling. Each division has project managers knowledgeable of the particular requirements of that division.

Over the years, Brentwood has grown from the vision of one individual to include a team of skilled, knowledgeable, experienced personnel who can manage a wide diversity of construction projects. What hasn't changed over the quarter century of its existence is Brentwood's commitment to ensuring its clients receive a top quality product for the best value, and the commitment to delighting the client with the process as well as the product.

Brentwood has become known for our ability to deliver projects that are both diverse and complex in nature. Since 1979, we have assisted clients with a wide range of projects including commercial, residential and institutional, as well as campus development.
