Scope Of Work
This Hill Design-Build project, Carolina One 17 North, was built along Highway 17 North in what is known as the Sweetgrass Basket Corridor. The Town of Mt. Pleasant has committed to several efforts to minimize the impact of construction to the sweetgrass basket makers including strict design and construction parameters that our team met. This 9,400 square foot office was designed to blend in with the surrounding environment and was constructed with minimal impact to the adjacent sweetgrass basket stands. The building includes multiple offices, conference room, auditorium, kitchen and reception area that all focus on utilizing natural light.
