Scope Of Work
As the GC prime contractor, Newport Construction completed the challenging multi-phase expansion and renovation project at the Tredyffrin Library. The new 12,000 square foot radius addition consists of expanded library, office, and activity facilities constructed with state-of-the-art building components and practices including a full “green” roof. This project received the 2008 Interior Finish Contractor’s Association for Excellence completed by the Newport’s carpentry subcontractor, Blasz Construction.
