Scope Of Work
Bank of the Ozarks — NDC Construction Company was contracted to build the Bank of the Ozarks Manatee Avenue headquarters. The new headquarters features 9,900 square feet of space with offices on the top floor and the bank on the bottom floor. The bank boasts 19 offices and two conference rooms and also has three drive-thru lanes.
