Scope Of Work
Milestone constructed this 12,000 square foot faculty and student residence hall at Tilton School. The residence hall is a wood-framed design with wood trim and clapboards to compliment the adjacent wood-framed chapel to the north and the historic Tilton mansion, which serves as the school’s library, to the south.
The building houses a twenty-four student residence along with three faculty apartments.
Milestone brought the building in on time and on budget despite some significant surprises with site conditions and utilities.
