Scope Of Work
Milestone worked with Holderness School on the construction of two new student and faculty residence halls. Each building contains a twenty-four student dormitory between three faculty apartments. The buildings are a two story wood frame. The entire framing system was prefabricated offsite and transported to the site for erection. The buildings were constructed under the LEED for homes program and have been awarded LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
