Scope Of Work
Construction Cost Consultant for the renovations/restoration of this historical church which was erected in 1865 and listed on the National Register of Historical Places. PCM has performed multiple cost estimates for historical religious structures’ renovations/restorations with this designer in the NY metro locale since 2008. This project included, extensive structural repairs to both the floors and roof, significant restoration/replacement of finishes in all areas of the interior and performed under historic preservation guidelines, extensive masonry restoration/replacement of the exterior shell including a slate roof and sheet metal cornices and flashing, interior wood millwork restoration/replacement and restoration of stained glass windows. Significant HVAC modifications were included with all new A/C.
