Therrien Waddell Construction (TW) evolved from a group of individuals that formed in the 1970's to perform construction and development in Montgomery County, Maryland.

In that time, millions of square feet of construction have been performed. The evolution of the Company into an independent competitive general contracting and construction management operation has expanded the firm to all areas of the Washington Metropolitan region, including Baltimore, Hagerstown and Leesburg and Potomac Mills, Virginia. Today, Therrien Waddell Construction is capable of performing a variety of project types, incorporating an owner/developer perspective to achieve quality buildings and renovations leading to more satisfied customers.
