Scope Of Work

 Construction was honored to assist Trinity with the remarkable undertaking of restoring this beautiful 200 year old Cathedral and Parish House. Over the years, the well known SC historic landmark had deteriorated from use and deferred maintenance, as well as many problems associated with age – cracking stucco, leaking spires and louvers, water damage, electrical challenges, heating and air-conditioning retrofit needs, stained glass window repair, as well as significant structural challenges. Our on-site management lead operations to carefully restore technically difficult structural components, along with wood ceilings, walls, stained glass, spires, system retrofits, etc. ó while our in-house craftsmen carefully refurbishing other historic millwork and pews by hand, in a temporary carpenter workshop established on site.
