COVID Cleaning Response - Minimum Requirements

Level 1 - Preventative

• The Preventative cleaning is your minimum infectious disease care. This cleaning will help prevent any sickness that will make its way into your facility.
• Using and EPA disinfecting wip or spray, all local touch points will be wiped thoroughly allowing the chemical to dwell on the surface for the recommended kill time.
• Touch points could be but are not limited to door handles, handrails, elevators, key access points, cafeteria/breakroom tables, light switches, microwaves, sinks, drinking fountains and gym equipment.
• This process can be done during normal cleaning hours, recommended frequency would be at a minimum of 3 times per week during peak sickness seasons.

Level 2 - Possible/Presumed Infection

• The Level 2 cleaning is to be done when an employee has possibly contaminated their work area and a spreading of sickness is possible.
• Close off affected areas used by the associate with frequency, such as their desk, dining table, chair, lunch table and copier machines. This should not necessarily close down the branch. Areas that the associate passed by such as hallways and other associate's desk are not considered affected areas.
• Only those arease closed off require a Level 2 cleaning using an EPA approved agent.
• With this level gowns are sufficient. Safety glasses are only necessary if required due to splash risk of chemical cleaner used. All contaminated PPE will be disposed of properly.
• Using an EPA approved chemical or wipe, all local touch points will be wiped thoroughly allowing the chemical to dwell on the surface for the recommended kill time.

Level 3 - Decontamination

• The final level of the cleaning process is decontamination. This process is used for a facility that has a presumed infectious disease present. The removal of bacterial is necessary for the facility to move on with day to day operations.
• Like Level 2, the Level 3 cleaning will include Level 1 and Level 2 cleaning along with additional approaches to prevent spreading.
• This process starts with our trained team sectioning off the building to remove the chance of cross contamination.
• With this Level gowns are sufficient. Safety glasses are only necessary if required due to splash risk of chemical cleaner. All contaminated PPE will be disposed of properly.
• In addition to the disinfecting and sanitation of all touch points and work surfaces in the section affected using an EPA approved chemical or wipe, a full carpet or floor cleaning is recommended to sanitize all flooring throughout. This process is done by spraying a sanitizing agent on the floor, removing the solution using our truck mounted systems and finally spraying a second sanitizing agent on the entire floor.
• All PPE and disposable equipment will be disposed of properly.
