PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS As a growing manufacturer of the dies for the automobile industry Sekely needed the additional space for five (5) new presses. The extension of the crane rails and other building elements had to be seamless. The concrete pit and support piers were constructed to fit five (5) different press bases. Unstable soil and a water table depth of five feet added to the complexity of the project. The cooperative approach of the design professional, Sekely Industries and ADOLPH JOHNSON & SON CO allowed for the successful, on time completion of this improvement to their production facility. |
