Scope Of Work

Project included the construction of a new 115,000 sf Community/Convention Center. This facility contains a 400 sf Cardio and Weight Center, and Aquatics Center (that has a 6-lane, 25-meter lap pool, a beach entry water park play area, a therapy pool, and a hot tub), indoor climbing wall, Youth/Teen Center, gymnasium with 12 basketball goals, 1/8 mile elevated walking track, aerobic studio, adult/senior lounge, three large multi-purpose meeting rooms with full food service, two medium meeting rooms, and a day care center.
