structural repairs at Grace Episcopal Church included stabilization clerestory walls from damage that was sustained in Virginia earthquake 2011.
stabilization walls allowed congregation to re-occupy sanctuary while moves into Phase 2, which brings entire structure up to IBC Code compliance.
