Our Story

The Milton W. Bosley & Co., Inc. is a fourth generation woodworking company, founded in 1913 by Milton W. Bosley. Bosley Company has been family owned and operated throughout its many generations, and transformations, from picture frame shop to architectural moulding manufacturer, distributor, and everything else in between. Our 90-year reputation has gained us recognition and specifications worldwide.

The Bosley Company has been located at 151 8th Avenue, N.W. in Glen Burnie, Maryland since 1969. This location is our mill where lumber is selected, graded, and processed into architectural mouldings. The building also houses management offices, a decorator showroom, and a full service finishing department.

The special quality offered by the Bosley Company is based on the expertise gained by experience in the custom manufacturing business for over 90 years. This expertise has not only resulted in thousands of profiles, 350 finishes, and over 600 embossing patterns, but also enables us to custom make, match or design any profile, pattern and finish you desire.

Our highest priority is to assure the quality of our products before, during, and after the milling process. Our quality assurance program requires that we spend a great deal of time and effort checking, and rechecking our products before they leave our facilities. The Bosley Company ships to locations locally, nationally, and worldwide, including Caribbean islands, South America, Australia, England, France, Germany, Japan and many more.

Mission
Our mission is to provide our customers, and industries, superior architectural millwork and casework products that add value to their specific projects and and offer solutions for their architectural needs, using over 90 years of experience and expertise.
