LET'S BEGIN. Architectural Alliance has been around since 1980. Mike Fitzpatrick and John Oney, our founders, are still laying into projects like they did 35 years ago. They’ve completed thousands of buildings and it still doesn’t feel like work.

JUST RIGHT. Like anyone else we started small with just a couple of guys in a cramped office. Our work was well received in those early years, and strong relationships with repeat clients put us in a position to grow steadily. We have since outgrown a few different facilities.

LITTLE IS BEYOND OUR CAPABILITIES. We are premier Automotive Dealership / Service Facility designers with over 50 various facilities completed for 25 different franchisees. We are heavily engaged in Manufacturing and Distribution centers including facilities in Mexico, Japan, and Italy. Yet we have Hotel projects built and underway for locations across the Great Lakes region. We do mixed-used urban infill developments across a handful of city blocks to the tune of $30 million dollars. Yet single family homes are not off our radar.

WE LEAVE FEW FACETS UNTOUCHED. 35 years of architectural work makes for a wide variety of projects. Architectural Alliance has participated in projects of countless sizes, program types and styles.
