Scope Of Work
This new 4-story, 100 guestroom, 54,738 square foot extended-stay hotel offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens.
The project originally started in 2008 before being placed on hold in 2009. When the project restarted in 2013, Dever Architects was challenged to implement as many of Marriott International's new interior layout, casework, and interior finish updates as well as an Owner requested custom refreshment center "TowneBar" into the previously approved building footprint to reflect the current design intent and style of the TownePlace Suites brand.
