Scope Of Work
Gilford Corporation built-out approximately 30,000 square foot fast track interior tenant fit-out to include all architectural features, raised access flooring, mechanical, sprinkler and electrical work. The first portion phase of the project performed under an acceleration change order initiated by the PENREN office to include working 2-8 hour shifts, 6 days a week. Project remained on track and met all the delivery dates required by the PENREN office, all while working next to other contractors in adjacent spaces and performing numerous change orders at the request of the PENREN office.
