Scope Of Work
New 29,000 sf Senior Community center with many architectural design features and high-end finishes. Building construction included structural metal stud framing, brick veneer skin, shingled roof, and a unique architectural ceiling with exposed wooden beams.
The interior fit-out encompassed a great room with snack bar and moveable partition walls; arts and crafts classrooms and studios; billiards, exercise, and fitness rooms; medical area and waiting rooms; continuing education classrooms and computer lab; conference room with stage; library; lounge; and staff offices. Sitework included parking, paving, and landscaping.
