Scope Of Work
M&N Aviation is a provider of private aircraft management and flight operations. This first-class corporate facility involved the design and construction of a multi-tenant building, which features high-end offices, vehicle garages, maintenance rooms and utility area. The project was designed to take full advantage of the site to provide the with the most efficient size and layout of the facility. The pre-engineered metal building featured a 190-foot clear span with 35 foot of clear height. The fully automated, 8-leaf door provided for a 28’ x 170’ door opening. The corporate offices were designed to provide a flexible layout that would lend itself to be available for future subleasing.
