Scope Of Work

This project was an 28,000 square foot aircraft hangar for corporate jet aircraft. Construction consisted of caissons, post tensioned SOG, pre-engineered metal building with 145 feet clear span, Bi-parting door system, epoxy hangar floor, standing seam metal roof, garage for cars, offices and pilot break rooms. Electrical system was grounded through a perimeter grid and included explosion proof devices. Mechanical system for the hangar was radiant heat and a RTU for the office components. Included in the hangar was a 2-ton bridge crane. The office area was a CMU system.
