35 years of concrete construction experience, with 29 years of specialty contracting in the concrete and masonry repair field. Joined Kiewit Companies on Heavy Highway projects throughout the country for first 5 years after college.

Elected and served 11 years on International Concrete Repair Institute's national board of directors, including a term as national President, and am a co-author on three national technical guidelines, and a half dozen articles on restoration and made over 20 technical presentations.

As President of Lindman, I have worked with clients in restoration and repair projects (over 5,000 projects in the last 17 years) large and small to deliver quality projects and satisfied clients. Lindman and affiliates have worked on famous buildings (state and national landmarks) and large projects (up to $22M), earning a excellent reputation as a leading contractor in the restoration field. Lindman is recognized as the go to firm when the original restoration project failed, and "it needs to be done right this time."

Have worked as a designated Expert in restoration construction and pricing for the last 10 years. Where each side often throw out exhagerated high numbers to allow for "concessions" but do not trust the other sides numbers for the same reason, I can provide hard money pricing for both sides to evaluate. I work hard to earn each sides trust, and speed up the resolution process. 

Specialties: Expert in facade restoration and building envelope construction dispute resolution. Mr. Pusheck is the firms' qualifier as a General Contractor and various specialty licenses in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and the Virgin Islands.
