Mr. Chaney has a highly focused bakground in major out-of-ground construction and interior retrofit projects for over 20 years in the Construction and Real Estate Development Industry and has worked with some of the largest General Contrctors and Developers in the Nation on out-of-ground construction projects in size ranging from $20M and in excess of $550M in volumne. Mr. Chaney leads all Constuction Operations in the USA and Canada with the Facility Operations Designs and all trade and Consultant Team selections for each unique project.

Mrs. Cocher has been working in the Food and logistics Industries for over 40 years in the USA and internationally around the world. Mrs. Cocher is a vital suport to the USA operations and is involved with projects from their inception all the way to close out and turn over to the end user. Mrs Cocher wears many hats at HOKEN such as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to name a few.

Mrs. McNally is a seasoned Real Estate Broker boasting over two decades of expertise across various facets of real estate, sales, and investing. Her specialization lies in REO/HUD listings and sales, where she has demonstrated exceptional proficiency. For the past three years, Lauren has held the prestigious position of President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Southern NJ, showcasing her leadership and dedication to the real estate community.
