Bill is a husband, father of four, and third-generation plumber. His
interest in the industry first sparked at the age of six, when he rode
his bicycle to a job site to bring his dad dinner. His dad, at that
time, was currently remodeling a bathroom, and little Bill stuck
around to help him install a toilet. This sealed Bill’s fate: he loved
the satisfaction of doing work that others found tough to do, and the
sheer joy of making people happy in the process. When he’s not busy
helping people with their A/C, pipes, or heaters, he enjoys teaching
scuba diving, fishing, model rockets, hunting, and cooking. In his
spare time, he volunteers as a mentor through the Christian Service Brigade.
