With over 14 years of experience within the financial services industry, Blake brings invaluable business knowledge across operations, sales, finance, and customer service. As Vice President of brokered CD underwriting, he worked with hundreds of banks across the country, helping them raise over $12 billion in deposits. Blake is passionate about serving customers with integrity and focusing on building relationships, not closing sales. He believes people are the most valuable part of every company and that both customer and employee satisfaction are key.

Solar Pathways is the place where that passion comes alive as he sees the opportunity to bring leadership and change to a growing industry, reshaping how the industry views customers, employees and partners. Too often companies within the solar industry have treated both customers and employees as disposable and it’s led to high levels of dissatisfaction and instability. With a caring corporate culture, we put the value back on customers and employees through the implementation of thoughtful and efficient processes and procedures.

Robert brings 14 years experience in design-build contracting and renewable energy development. He offers expertise in solar design, estimating, construction, project management, and entrepreneurship. He has designed thousands of solar projects for all sectors including: schools, multi-family, fortune 100 companies and single family residences. These projects vary in complexity and cover many different aspects of renewable energy such as: solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, and battery backup projects.

He is a member of NABCEP as a certified solar installer, the gold standard in the industry. In addition to the certification, he also works with a team of other industry experts to prepare the test and write new questions for the NABCEP certification exam.

As Head of Electrical, Justin delivers hands-on expertise, with over 20,000 hours of residential and commercial electrical experience. In his previous position, he worked as a main foreman at Bergelectric, managing multi-million dollar electrical jobs for office buildings, retail development, multi-family residences, financial institutions, schools, and government facilities such as fire stations and water treatment plants.  Justin built his reputation by prioritizing safety, high-quality work, integrity, and attentive customer service. He offers large-scale experience in network lighting, building, and home automation, as well as smart home systems. He studied business management at Utah Valley University and graduated from Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain Association. He is a second-generation electrician, starting his career at the age of 16, following the footsteps of his father who was a master electrician for 35 years. His passion for building net-zero electrical systems and his drive to learn about cutting-edge technology compliment the Solar Pathway’s mission: Creating the path to the renewable future. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, camping, fishing, and traveling the world.
