All Phases of Telecom MDU Construction

? Coordination & scheduling of all Sub-Contractor activities throughout multiple properties

? Manage relationships with Agencies, Design Professionals, Property Managers, building owners and      residents.

? Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts made.

? Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules/milestones, daily work reports, review and approving invoicing, communication change in job status, expediting client requests & resolving issues.

? Make appointments for designs & resting of buildings for product connectivity.

? Purchasing & Researching Materials for on-going projects.

? Maintaining all construction logs and construction budget.

? Secure Right of Way (ROW) from property owners to place Verizon telecommunications within property.

? Prepare As-Built documents to reflect any construction changes to the original design.

? Act as an intermediary between Property Owners, Managers and Verizon Engineering.

? Conduct on-site review of designs with Verizon engineers & filed foreman to review construction design before build-out.

? Provide support to construction team during build-out and Quality Control of all phases of construction.
