Capital improvement services (team CIS) is a national construction management and general contracting company that specializes in the luxury retail sector, including related showroom and corporate facilities projects. team CIS has built stores for high-end retail chains such as reiss ltd, polo ralph lauren, bcbg max azria, comptoir, stuart weitzman, liz claiborne, cassina, vertu, and many others.

capital improvement services represents the modern realization of an old but not forgotten idea: bringing together, in one organization, all of the critical expertise necessary to deliver projects in the best and most efficient way possible. our goal is to be a partner with our clients and work hand in hand with the project designers and architects in order to deliver better results with high-end finishes through a seamless process that provides our clients with benefits of our expertise.

We maintains an emphasis on client satisfaction through quality of work. this is accomplished by means of our diverse
team of in house carpenters, mill workers and detailers.

Our expert supervisory personnel is comprised of experienced project managers and superintendents who are supported by teamCIS
laborers regarding on-site maintenance for additional quality supervision.  our commitment to satisfaction and added value to our
client is supplement as we employ approximately forty (40) craftsmen skilled in painting, carpentry, and finish work. we utilize union
and non-union subcontractors depending on the project needs and requirements.
