Clark Construction has built a number of restaurants in the retail shopping centers as well as single tenant uses.
We are proud to be associated with the Santa Fe Cattle Co.
Santa Fe Cattle Co., started in 1996, provides customers with a unique blend of perfectly aged USDA Choice steaks and mouth-watering Chuck Wagon favorites developed exclusively for Santa Fe Cattle Co. The menu contains a melting pot of Texas Hill Country influences, from south of the border enchiladas and fajitas to hearty sausage and authentic flavored sauces and dressings that can only be found at a Santa Fe Cattle Co. restaurant. Each store has a "Big Ass Ceiling Fan" encompassing the entire dining room with customers enjoying the casual, nostalgic setting. Santa Fe Cattle has locations throughout the Southeast US.
There is extensive coordination required with the mechanical and electrical trades. These are structural steel buildings with the extensive use of wood and stone to provide a unique family oriented atmosphere reminiscent of the old west. www.santafecattleco.com.
