New Horizon Building Group was established in Colorado in January 2020. Mike Ailor and Joel Delia II co-founded New Horizon based on the need for multifamily Owner’s Representatives in Colorado. Since New Horizon’s inception, the company has helped clients in a variety of markets through approval, design, and building processes to ensure successful projects, happy clients, and healthy communities.
