Our Story
JD Build was established to provide excellent and efficient general
construction services for commercial projects. We specialize in
existing "big box" renovations, self-storages, and office
build outs.
Our leadership and staff members comprises of a team
with more than 50 years of experience. Our dedicated team is comprised
of construction experts that provide the best overall experience when
managing your project.
Based out of Chicago, we do projects
throughout the Midwest. Our most recent project was the renovation of
the old Sears Building on 79th St in Chicago. We converted the Sears
building into an Extra Space Self Storage.
