S & K Reece Construction, LLC,  is owned by Kimberly & Sonny Reece.  The company originated in Forsyth, Missouri in 2006 and later re-established in the Kansas City area.

Kimberly is the backbone of the operation, keeping the projects organized and the books clean. With years of residential & commercial construction experience, Sonny has worked on multi-million dollar apartment complexes, senior housing developments, remodels, as well has custom lake homes & spec homes.

This type of experience doesn’t come without the ability to supervise crews of 20-25 framers/laborers, insure projects are built to city codes and the engineer’s specs as well as coordinate sub contractors and work directly with Superintendents.
