Trevor Poff

Trevor Poff: Owner/Manager, has been working in the roofing industry for the past 20 years and is greatly respected by all his clients and vendors. Prior to starting North Country Roofing in 2016, Trevor worked as a Foreman for a local roofing company for 15 years where he worked on buildings as diverse as the John Hancock Tower to local community centers. Since starting North Country his client roster includes The Country Club in Brookline, Partners Healthcare, Babson College and WGBH to name a few. He started his roofing career working on residential roofs and still enjoys working with residential clients today. Trevor puts as much time, effort and professionalism into a 2,500 sq ft home as he does a 25,000 sq ft building. As our signs says, no roof too tall or too small, we roof them all!

Tom Waldron

Tom Waldron is the Sr. Project Manager for North Country. For over 47 years, Tom has been engaged in all phases of Built-up, Single-Ply, Shingles and Slate Roofs. He has worked on numerous roofing and re-roofing projects in the Boston area as a foreman for a large roofing-contracting firm and has been employed by one of Boston’s best-known engineering firms as an assistant project manager in their roofing department. His primary responsibilities as a designer were for roof investigation and design for both retrofit and new construction. He also has gathered the necessary field data, prepared technical specifications, and performed CADD duties. His duties as both a foreman and a designer included close interaction with building owners and property managers to ensure a successful roofing project.
