SCOPE OF WORK:
Ground up New construction
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This job is a 12,600 sf. Ground up construction project. It started with planning, engineering and permits. One challenge that was faced in this project was dealing with the location. The Construction site is located in a floodplain so a lot more engineering was involved for water runoff and storage.
The construction consists of concrete slab, CMU Block, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, TPO roofing, 30’ roll up doors and landscaping.
