Brent, one of our fearless leaders, has a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and excellence. He has over 35 years of experience as a contractor, is an IICRC approved Insurance Restoration Technician and a Class A Commercial & Residential contractor. He and his lovely wife Peggy have been married for 27 years and have 4 children and two grandchildren. Brent has a love for soccer and traveled all over the world, representing the USA. He also enjoys biking, barbeque and spending time with his family.

Jake, one of our fearless leaders, loves the opportunity to go out into the field and get dirty. He values precision and order. Jake is a proud Marine who toured in the Middle East before beginning his career as a contractor in 2002. He started by remodeling homes, doing commercial tenant fit-outs, and insurance restoration. Jake is the loving father of six children: Philip, Gabby, Miranda, Addison, Reed and Kinsley. They definitely keep him on his toes. In his (limited) free time he loves to spend time with his wife, Amy, go camping, golf, ride ATVs and fish.

Matt is one of our newest Insurance Estimator/Project Managers. He comes to us with six years of mold and mitigation experience and is our in-house mold expert. Matt is married to Ashley and they have four children, ranging in age from 10 years to 1 year. When not working, Matt enjoys fishing, watching football and spending time playing with his children.

Patricia is our other new Insurance Estimator/Project Manager. Patricia comes to us with five years experience working with insurance companies and has a great back ground in pack in/pack outs for mitigation projects. Patricia is married to her high school sweetheart and in July, 2021, welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Harlow. She lives with her husband, baby Harlow and her Labradoodle, Maggie. When not working, she loves making memories with her baby girl and exploring wineries.

With quite the resumé, Paul has 5 years of pesticide applicator and plant care, 5 years of pipeline construction and 5 years of insurance restoration experience. He is a certified IICRC water remediation and restoration technician. He is newly engaged and has 2 slightly chubby cats. In his free time, he enjoys shooting, archery, computer games, skateboarding and light astrophysics.

Chris is one of our great field technicians. He has over 15 years of construction experience and is a certified electrician. He and his partner have been together for 11 years and between them they have 5 beautiful children. In his free time Chris enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing the drums!

Greg has over four years of carpentry experience- from cabinetry to framing. Greg has been married to his wife Rachael for the past three years. They just welcomed their first child, a bouncing baby boy named Cash! In addition to getting ready for the arrival of baby Oliver, Greg loves to be outdoors. He is an avid bowhunter and fisherman.

Kellie has over 25 years of customer service experience and 10 additional years of experience in the construction field. She is a great cook and can always be found sharing delicious recipes with her coworkers. When Kellie is not at the softball field cheering on her daughter, Madison, or spending time with her son, Brandon, she enjoys relaxing by the pool.

Pam always makes sure that TYL is running like a well-oiled machine. She has an associate degree in Business Management, and before starting with TYL she worked for 35 years as a paralegal. She has been married to her husband, Bill, for 36 years and has one son, Richard, who is an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. She has a mild obsession with flamingos and in her free time, loves reading and entertaining friends and family.

Timothy has four years of experience in restoration and remodeling. Before that, he had a long career in corrections. Timothy has two daughters, 8-year-old Izzy and 14-year-old Ahryah. He is a dedicated father and loves spending time with them.

Peggy has a talent for numbers and as our Financial adiminisrator, always makes sure that TYL is in the black. She also holds the position of office clown. She has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Ed from Longwood University. Married to one of our co-owners, Brent, she left her position as an elementary school teacher to join TYL 10 years ago. She and Brent have 4 children and two grandchildren. Her kids are Rebecca, 27, Jessica, 25, Amanda, 24, and Andrew, 21. Her grandchildren, Mariano and Noelle are 2 and a half and 3 months old respectively. Peggy is a self-proclaimed foodie, so when she’s not at the office or at a new restaurant, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking with Brent, Pilates and yoga!

Nathan is celebrating his 20th year in the construction field and his 5th year with TYL. He is certified in water loss and backflow work. Nathan has 5 children, ranging in ages from 8 to 24 and has been married to his wife for 20 years. As a former athlete, he loves coaching his children’s sports teams. In any other spare time, Nathan loves to hike and fish.
