Formerly Good Neighbor Handyman and Cleaning Services LLC, Good Neighbor has been serving the communities of Oregon and Washington since 2008.  We are a local family owned and operated company.  Our mission is to provide every client with a positive experience they want to tell their neighbors about.

Our primary focus is property restoration, renovation, and repairs.  We provide a wide array of services with the end goal of preserving and improving the value of your property. Our company performs minor to moderate renovations and repairs in house. We also operate as a general contractor, capable of managing and coordinating moderate to large renovations and remodels.

We specialize in environmental services. Certified and licensed for mold remediation and mitigation, radon mitigation, asbestos abatement, lead   abatement, and waste abatement.

Our niche is working with local realtors and their clients.  Assisting with preparations for market and ensuring that your inspection report punch list is completed in a timely manner.
