As a DBE/WBE business, our unique blend of experience, resources and integrity enables us to consistently service and complete any size project successfully.

KT Supply ltd was founded in 2013 by Kate Holden and Tyler Holden. In an ever increasing demand for DBE/WBE in contract requirements, Kate and Tyler set out to provide the best quality service while meeting the contract needs of their customers.

This Holden family has 3 generations of heavy civil construction experience. Starting after Word War II and a couple of army surplus machines, the family legacy lives on with KT Supply.

Kate and Tyler both have a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management and Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati where they both co-captained the 2 time AGC-ASE National Champion Heavy Civil Estimating team. Kate has over 16 years of project management/estimating experience managing and bidding projects ranging in size from a few thousand to over $100 million. Tyler has over 20 years of experience managing/estimating in the heavy civil construction industry. They have teamed up to exceed the industry expectations in providing honesty, integrity and the best quality service possible.

The newly-founded company began with small-scale trucking and material supply. KT Supply also performed contracting services for residential projects – constructing ponds, grading driveways and installing storm sewer. An impeccable reputation has now lead to many opportunities in the local, state and federal government sector of heavy civil construction.

KT Supply is certified with the following: DBE, WBE, OHIO EDGE, Federal WOSB, Federal Total SBA. In addition, our commitment to safety and training has resulted in our holding an impressive workers’ comp experience modifier – well above the industry standard.
