Our Story
Founded in 2018, A.L.M.S, has quickly become an industry leader in demolition contracting, in NYC and Long Island. Known for having trained, knowledgeable staff, meeting deadlines and having a 'get it done' attitude has made us the go to contractor of many GC's. All staff members carry OSHA 30 cards and many have NYC DOB SST Supervisor Cards, in addition to lead hazard training, and NYS DOT Flagging Cards. A.L.M.S, LLC, has the ability to provide permits for both NYC DOB and NYC DOT. Since our inception we have ZERO safety incidences and ZERO violations from DOB.
