Ken Weaver's Bio
Ken was born into the construction industry. His father started Weaver and as a kid, he enjoyed helping out the crews on the jobsite with carrying lumber and sweeping floors. His journey up through almost every position in the company has given him an understanding of what a good team feels like and the importance of every team member. He considers it a high calling to have been tasked with the opportunity to carry on the legacy that his father began.
As the company grows Ken’s role, responsibility and passion has shifted into one of cultivating the talent and growing the giftings of the Weaver staff. He coaches the managers of each department and sets the strategic direction for the company including taking personal responsibility to ensure the company maintains its culture of customer service. Ken strives to offer the highest quality premium craftsmanship; guaranteed! “Building on a Foundation of Promises Kept” is not only a tagline for him – it’s a guiding principal. Included in the price of any job is the fact that we intend to stand by our word and keep our promises. Partnering with clients of the same mindset is paramount to Weaver and in the end both Weaver and our clients get to enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done, take pride in the process and together we make a positive impact in each other’s lives and in our community.
In his spare time, Ken values spending time with his family. His interests outside of work include hunting, bicycling, and golf.
Melvin Weaver's Bio
Melvin Weaver began the Company in 1973, at the age of 23, building residential homes, agricultural and commercial buildings. In the beginning, Mel performed many of the trades, including concrete work, framing, siding, roofing, and interior finishes.
In 1979 Mel added two minority shareholders as the company continued to grow and separated into two separate divisions, residential and commercial. The Company was incorporated in 1986 and added a separate roofing and exterior division in 1988.
In 2007, Mel bought out his minority shareholders and entered in a new partnership with his two oldest sons, Ken and Randy. Today after more than 40 years the company continues to thrive, having been built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship, superior customer service and integrity that Mel instilled into the company and into his sons who lead the company today.
Although Melvin is not as active in the day-to-day operations, he still enjoys an active role as an advisor on the board of directors, and assisting in business development. He also currently serves on the board of advisors for YWAM Orlando and enjoys utilizing his construction knowledge to help them maintain and develop their 198 acre campus.
Randy Weaver's Bio
Randy grew up around the family business and worked at the company over the summers doing everything from sweeping floors to pouring concrete. After graduating from High School he decided that he wanted to make a career in the construction industry and started to work for Weaver full time. He worked in almost every position starting out as a general laborer, to foreman, to service, to sales, management and now co-owner of the business. Through these experiences he learned the function and importance of every role and how it really takes a team to build a successful project and a successful company. He has now been involved with the company for over 20 years. Through involvement with his church, professional industry associations and peer groups like Vistage Randy continues to be committed to a life of learning and growing both personally and professionally.
Randy’s responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction to the Roofing Services team, corporate business development, and marketing. He is passionate about maintaining a company culture that is dedicated to exceptional customer service, premium craftsmanship and delivering on our promises every day.
Randy is married with 6 children and enjoys going to his children’s sports and dance events, the great outdoors, golf, and traveling.

Amos Lantz's Bio
Amos’ primary responsibility is to ensure that our customer’s jobs are completed on time and on budget. That assignment covers a lot of people and a lot of materials. A major portion of that is managing and scheduling any sub-contractors who help us to get the jobs done. Amos also works closely with the property owners to make certain that we’re doing exactly what they want. His job is always interesting, and from his standpoint, no two projects are ever the same.
Partnering with coworkers who all understand the importance of working as a team so that our work delivers complete satisfaction to our customers is what really makes Amos’ job enjoyable. An important part of everything that we do here at Weavers is our dedication to serving our customers.
Amos started working in the construction field alongside his father who taught him to pay attention to every detail of the project and to treat every customer with complete respect.
Away from work, Amos still enjoys construction, and doing projects around the house. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and family along with doing some bicycling.
Chris Martin's Bio
As part of the Roofing and Exteriors team, Chris is the Production manager which involves scheduling the crews, ordering materials and managing the daily work process. His years with the company consisted of working in new construction roofing to complete tear off jobs and also siding, windows and doors.
Main goals for Chris are to get jobs done safe, efficiently and having a happy and satisfied client at the end of the project. It is always a great experience to meet new people and be a part of their life for a short period of time or as long as the project may go.
Chris started at Weaver directly out of high school. What is the most important to him about working at Weaver’s is the professionalism, honesty and true hard work that is put forth on every project that is completed by the Weaver team.
When not working he enjoys being with his family, going to the mountains, hunting, riding 4 wheeler and watching Philadelphia sports!
Dan Fisher's Bio
Dan is an on-site commercial construction superintendent; he is responsible for all site activities including scheduling & supervision of all project subcontractors, maintenance of overall project schedule, quality control and job site safety. Dan studied Construction Management while in college. He loves that his job allows him to work on a wide variety of commercial projects. He enjoys working through an entire project from commencement to completion, while interacting with many different people.
Dan appreciates that working at Weaver’s means being a part of a family owned business in which they value their employees and take pride in completing quality work for their customers.
Outside of work Dan is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending weekends at the beach with his wife and daughter.

Matt Riehl's Bio
Matt started his career in the construction industry as an equipment salesman and his interest in occupational health and safety began when he started selling a line of construction safety equipment. Specializing in the fall protection needs of his clients, and spending many hours on job sites, he quickly began to take an interest in occupational health and safety law. This interest eventually grew into a consulting position which allowed him to gain experience in the many aspects of construction safety and insurance requirements.
As the Safety Director, Matt oversees the overall management of the Weaver Companies’ Health and Safety Program as well as the company’s insurance and liability needs. He enjoys the day to day challenges as well as the hands on needs associated with construction safety. Matt is an authorized outreach trainer and currently holds the Construction Health & Safety Technician certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his daughter, golfing, water skiing and flying airplanes.
Rogger Click's Bio
Having worked in the construction industry since 1990, and being part of many different areas within the construction field has given Roger a great knowledge base of construction. Roger’s professional career started by doing architectural design & drafting. After years of drafting, he took on a new role working in the commercial construction field, gaining many valuable skills. Eventually, he was afforded the opportunity to expand his resume to include, commercial & residential estimating & project management.
Roger is part of our Construction Sales team, helping our residential clients navigate through the building process. This includes, design, budgeting, proposals, as well as helping our clients through the selections process. We strive to give our clients all of the information that they need to make Weaver Companies, Inc. a present and future partner for all of their building projects.
Away from work, Roger loves to spend time with his wife and children, going to the mountains & the beach. He enjoys playing & watching many sports, coaching football, lacrosse, & soccer with his children. Doing “Home” remodel projects and helping friends and family with any projects that they may need help with is another past time for Roger. He enjoys being part of his church’s worship team and using the talents that God has given him, to glorify God.

Sean Hurley's Bio
Sean began working for a builder while in college and really enjoyed it. He has been working full time in the construction industry since 1994 and was self-employed prior to joining the Weaver team.
Sean has always enjoyed working with his hands and building things. In his free time, he enjoys doing projects around the house, spending time with his family, and watching his children play sports and other activities. Sean also enjoys playing the guitar, trips to the shore and snow skiing.
Working at Weaver has made Sean feel like a member of a winning team, every person has equal value, and it’s like family.

Jay Stoltzfus's Bio
Jay has been working in the construction industry for over seventeen years. He enjoys envisioning the plan before the project has started and then seeing the final job at completion. The aspect of his job that he loves the most is the meeting with different people on a daily basis. Jay also enjoys meeting and solving the client’s needs in each of their projects.
Jay loves the family and Christ centered work environment and values each employee’s honest and high quality standards. He enjoys how Weavers strive to put the customer first and goes the extra mile to exceed the expectations of the customer.
In his spare time Jay enjoys spending time with his family and watching & playing a wide range of sports.
Linford Burkholder's Bio
As a Sales Manager in Commercial, Linford is responsible for planning and organizing everything involved in turning an idea and a set of blueprints into a working commercial building.
Linford strives to develop a well thought out plan and to bring in every project at or under budget. He considers it rewarding to reach those goals, along with developing friendships and relationships during the course of the project.
Linford studied the construction trades at Vo-Tech School, and joined the Weaver team directly out of high school. He appreciates that Weaver’s is a faith-based company, and truly appreciates the opportunities that he has been given and the way they treat their customers and their employees.
When Linford is not working, he enjoys being active in sports like skiing and kayaking. For relaxation, he likes to watch sports, and he believes that a good rule to live by is: “Live life with passion – Love what you do, do what you love”.
Steve Gerhart's Bio
Steve grew up in a family owned construction business and developed an appreciation for residential and commercial architecture. He enjoys meeting with people, helping them sort through their thoughts and putting those ideas into a well thought out plan.
Steve appreciates the high standard shared at Weaver and working for a company that “does what we say we’ll do. We love what we do & have a good time doing it.”
In his free time Steve loves working around outside his home doing landscaping and working in his flower beds. When he’s not doing that he can be found relaxing by running – particularly if it’s not from anyone or anything – and spending quality time with his three children.
Finance & Accounting
Kevin Esh's Bio
Kevin is driven by detail, order, and new ideas that increase overall efficiency. As Finance Manager, he is responsible for directing and overseeing all portions of Weaver Companies’ accounting and finances which includes creating relevant reports and information needed for the team’s success.
Having grown up in a family construction business, Kevin has learned the skills of building from a young age, having spent many summers as a laborer and carpenter. Additionally, he has always had an intense interest in numbers, charts and cash flow. Today, as Finance Manager for Weaver, he is able to use these two core skills simultaneously.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 children. They enjoy vacations to the cabin, traveling to Montana, and spending time at home on their farmette. Days spent outdoors; road bicycling, camping and backpacking are always highlights. He is also actively involved with his church.
