PQC Inc. is a general contractor specializing in office build-outs. The company is co-owned by three partners who have extensive experience in the trades with a combined 70 years of putting in hard work. Having started operating in 1997 as a residential rehab company Precision changed course after the housing meltdown of 2007 and today is concentrating its efforts on commercial projects in the Chicago land area.
