Dr. Timothy Schilbach has over 20 years of applied IT & Infrastructure experience in all disciplines from Network/Systems Engineering to Programming. He has mastered multiple programming languages and has been on the forefront of engineering cloud based platforms. He has served as a Program/Project Manager, Business Owner and Corporate Executive in IT, and his years of engineering experience have been instrumental in managing programs and departments. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, as well as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, and OSCE certifications.

As the Director of Structural Cabling for Penacity, LLC, Christopher is responsible for the strategic growth and branding for Penacity’s Structural Cabling division within the Federal, commercial, and international markets. Christopher leads his division who designs low voltage cabling installation plans and manages teams of BICSI-certified engineers on cabling infrastructure projects for federal and commercial customers. At the University of Alaska-Anchorage, Christopher studied Business and Construction Management, followed by a 3-year (PA) Physician’s Assistant program at the University of Alaska-Anchorage that included Psychology, Sociology, and Behavior Health. The PA coursework was contractually mandated for contract work he performed in remote areas of Alaska without access to hospitals or medical facilities for the well being of his crew and community members in the area in case of emergency's. Throughout his career in construction Christopher trained and certified in Electrical, Plumbing, rough/finish Carpentry, Painting & Drywall, this includes years of training and experience in Mechanical Draw & AutoCAD, designing and building from ground up in the residential/commercial sector. He also gained licenses as a General Contractor. Having successfully won and worked on multi-million dollar projects, Chris has proven to be a great addition to our team. 

Trayci Koppie, Chief Growth Officer, has over 34 years of IT experience providing a unique blend of Business Development and Account Management, Program/Project Management, Network Engineering and Operations, Systems Analysis, Capacity Planning, CRM Expertise and Data Center Operations. She has worked with numerous DOD and Federal Civilian agencies with an emphasis on strong customer relations, a focus on quality results, teamwork and effective coordination with stakeholders towards exceeding customer requirements and objectives.

Angela Young, Sr. Director of Corporate Sales and Business Development for Penacity, has over 15 years of experience as a marketing, business development and creative professional, supporting the arts and non-profit, commercial, and federal spheres. In her time at AboutWeb, she has managed the IT Recruiting division and our award-winning AboutWeb Cares program, providing IT training and professional development opportunities to people from economically disadvantaged areas. Additionally, she has worked as a technical recruiter and technical writer on contract. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Women’s Studies from Alfred University.

I possess more than 25 years of combined business development and leadership experience in the multi-media marketing, working with clients in cybersecurity, healthcare, and the IC government contracting space, to name a few. I influence business relationships and build strategy with collaborative resource sharing and creative brainstorming to help stakeholders visualize “big picture possibilities” and build trust. Then, I leverage the natural collective partnerships that form to generate buy-in with other key influencers, establish synergy, and shape business opportunities.
