Fritz Embaugh and David Baird co-founded +one in 2005 on the belief that the status quo was not enough. Design and construction did not have to be polarizing entities. But instead, when brought together, a richer, more cohesive, creative and fluent process was the result. Seven years later and coming off of a record-setting year, our clients are grateful for our ambition and we are grateful for theirs. +one currently staffs 10 full-time employees.
