Scope Of Work
Installation of 7 Italian Kitchens, 45 vanities and 16 wardrobe systems
Had to work around tight schedules, labor disputes / strikes and other trades
We handled the lack of planning for the kitchen installations in particular and facilitated additional work so the project could continue in a timely manner and yield the best results / finishes possible
The GC was completely satisfied with our managing and installation process as well as our ability to pivot and redirect as needed to best suit the critical path
