Owned and operated by Sergey Ivaschenko in the Tracy area of California. For several years, we have specialized in design-build construction for everything from large residential projects to large commercial projects. Sergey has worked in construction for most of his life and this work is his passion. He's very hands-on with every project and has insane attention to detail! Our clients appreciate his straightforwardness, eye for detail, and ability to come up with beautiful solutions for every project.

Our current focus is on commercial construction and high-end residential projects. Sergey and his team love to take a blank space and turn it into something magnificent yet practical. Our outside-the-box thinking has gotten us to where we are today.

When designing and building a structure for commercial use, we keep the business' goals in mind and build to suit any business.
