Scope Of Work
The most notable addition to Sarpy County in recent past, Werner Park serves as the new home of the Kansas City Royals Triple-A baseball team, the Omaha Storm Chasers, who were formerly known as the Omaha Royals.
Working closely with Sarpy County and architectural firm DLR Group, The Weitz Company provide early preconstruction s to develop a project budget and schedule. We then ultimately acted as the construction manager at risk on this 9,000-seat, state of the art baseball park.
