David Stollman, brings over 17 years of real estate acquisition and development experience to the firm. David specializes in property negotiation and acquisition, market research, physical site analysis, financial analysis, project financing, capital procurement, land-use entitlements, land planning and design, permitting, site construction, and commercial land sales.
David has developed conventional subdivisions, apartments, attached and detached condominiums in different community types including: golf course, mixed-use, master-planned and neo-traditional communities. He has also developed over 100 acres of commercially zoned property.
In 2001, Mr. Stollman was the recipient of Crain's Detroit Business 40 Under 40 Award. In 2000, his Cherry Hill Village project, Michigan's largest neo-traditional master-planned community, was awarded "Development of the Year" by the Michigan Society of Planning. He has been an invited guest lecturer at the University of Michigan, Wayne State University and Michigan State University. Mr. Stollman has also been a guest lecturer and a published author for the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Stollman holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D., Cum Laude, from Fordham Law School in New York City. He is member of the Michigan State Bar Association and is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.
