1977, Toby Powell formed Concept Builders to build quality homes with a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction. As times have changed, Concept Builders has changed too, one example is our devotion to building energy efficient homes. Although Concept Builders has changed with the times, one thing that has not changed is our mission: to build beautiful quality homes at competitive prices to satisfied customers.

Concept Builders' focus is on custom residential homes of top quality at competitive prices. Concept Builders prides itself on adapting to the wants and needs of our customers, allowing you to revise our floor plans and install the features that are important to you and your family. We have the buying power of a production home builder, but the flexibility of a custom home builder.

Concept Builders has built many homes in Metro Tulsa, Sand Springs, Glenpool, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Coweta, Skiatook, and other surrounding areas. Concept Builders is an active participant and recipient of many awards in the annual Tulsa Parade of Homes. Concept is currently developing in 6 different communities in the Sand Springs, Glenpool, Skiatook, and Grand lake area. We currently have model homes in the Angus Valley, Shadow Creek and Stone Creek III subdivisions in the Sand Springs area, Pecan Estates in Glenpool and Lantana Ranch II in Skiatook. In addition to our current developments, we will build your home off-site in order to cater to our clients interested in building on property that is located in another subdivision, or on acreage outside of a subdivision.

Concept Builders employs a full staff of experienced people to assist our clients with every phase of the home building experience. This staff includes two full time Superintendents with over 30 years of experience in the home building industry in the Tulsa area. The professional sales staff consists of Licensed Realtors and Real Estate Brokers to assist our clients with the planning and purchase process. Our in-house staff also includes Design Coordinators to assist in home features, selections and construction coordination.

Concept Builders' office is located in Midtown Tulsa just North of Highway 51 at 13th and Lewis, for ease of access to all locations in the Tulsa Metro area. Concept Builders maintains an average of 11 Model Homes of different sizes and price ranges in the Sand Springs, Glenpool, and Skiatook areas to stimulate continued sales and to show prospective buyers various home features. Concept Builders offers a wide variety of floor plans that range from starter homes to large custom homes.
