BD Development, LLC (“BD”) is pleased to submit this Introductory letter for your review.

BD was established in 2005 by the founders, with a combined 50 plus years experience in real estate and facilities management and development.

Over the years, BD has become recognized as the firm that delivers top quality service, regardless of project size. From a simple painting project, to a major renovation, BD delivers.

BD performs work in wide range of construction sectors, including but not limited to, retail, banking centers, office spaces, federal government spaces and healthcare facilities. Due to the various natures of the clients we have we treat each space as our own home and only accept workmanship that we can stand behind.

BD’s strength is derived from its staff employees with backgrounds in architecture, design, engineering, construction, LEED projects, and field trade work. Additionally, BD brings the resources of New York Mechanical Electrical Company, LLC (“NYMEC”), a wholly owned subsidiary licensed electrical contracting firm, that has been working on many of our projects as well as performing work for their own clients. BD’s in-house technical expertise is unparalleled by any other construction firm.
