Scope Of Work
New 22,000-square foot masonry, wood and steel framed building for Thomas Aquinas College, nestled within an existing campus. Project included the theater and stage, rigging and audio-visual components, kitchen and café, ancillary rooms and site improvements. Features such as expansive storefront views, custom wood paneling and beautiful historic coffered ceiling make this building an architectural gem.
This building was designed with extensive acoustical considerations making it ideal for theatrical performances, lectures and concerts.
