Our Story
Ralph Geraldo (Project Manager) holds an accounting degree from Seton Hall University and has over ten years of professional accounting experience. While at Hess Corporation, he learned Six Sigma methods of process improvement/project management.
Seeking a new challenge and interest in construction he became a union laborer (North Jersey Laborers-Local 3) in 2011. From the foundation of "The Modern" (Building 1) in Fort Lee, to the top of "The Morgan" in Jersey City he has experienced many different aspects of commercial construction.
As a residential contractor, he specializes in managing full gut renovation and remodel projects. He has a very select list on sub-contractors in any trade to get his projects completed.
